Association of Marshall Scholars announces distinguished advisory group, UK Friends of Marshall

The Association of Marshall Scholars (AMS) announced the formation of the UK Friends of Marshall - an esteemed group of senior leaders and former government officials in the United Kingdom who are committed to the Marshall Scholarship and who serve as trusted advisors to AMS Executive Director, Dr. Nell Breyer, and the AMS Board of Directors.

The alliance between the United States of America and the United Kingdom is rooted in a shared commitment to liberty, democracy, free markets, the rule of law, and the importance of international collaboration and cooperation for global peace. Marshall Scholars have been a valuable conduit for the transatlantic relationship for seven decades, deepening understanding between these two nations. The UK Friends of Marshall advisors will help the Association continue to strengthen the transatlantic relationship through the Marshall Scholarship and other ongoing AMS initiatives.
