The Association of Marshall Scholars and the American College of Trial Lawyers hosted top American and British Justices, judges, lawyers, and experts for a three-day Forum on the Rule of Law, May 3 - 5, 2022, at the Supreme Court of the United States.
The delegations held a series of conversations on critical legal issues in a post-pandemic world, including the rule of law and national security, separation of powers, free speech and the Internet, human rights and civil liberties, climate and the courts, and other topics.

The online precursor dialogue to the 2022 Marshall Forum on the Rule of Law, co-hosted by the Association of Marshall Scholars and American College of Trial Lawyers, brought together distinguished American and British judges, lawyers, and legal experts to discuss a series of topics including: COVID and the Courts, Separation of Powers, and Free Speech and the Internet.
